Terms of service

1. The agreement

Schools use NESTI under a subscription agreement signed with us. These terms apply to everyone who uses NESTI — school staff, parents, guardians and students — and to visitors of this website. If the school's agreement and these terms differ, the school's agreement takes priority.

2. Accounts

• Your school creates your account. Keep your password private and use two-step sign-in where it is required.
• Use only the access your role gives you, and only for school purposes.
• Tell your school straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse NESTI. That includes trying to see information you aren't meant to, sharing other people's personal information outside the school, uploading harmful files or content, or interfering with the service.

4. School data

Schools own the information they put into NESTI. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy and the school's agreement.

5. Fees

Subscription prices are based on the number of students and the plan chosen, as shown on our pricing page or in a written quote. Payment terms are set out in each school's agreement. Parents paying school fees through NESTI pay the school, not NESTI.

6. Availability and support

We work hard to keep NESTI available and secure, and we tell schools in advance about planned maintenance. Live bus positions and arrival times are estimates and depend on mobile signal and devices on the bus — they support, but do not replace, the school's own safety procedures.

7. Liability

8. Ending the service

A school may end its subscription as set out in its agreement. Before closing, the school can export its data; we then delete it as agreed.
