Do parents need to download an app?
No app store needed. NESTI opens in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. Parents sign in with the link the school sends them.
How is the price worked out?
Plans are priced per student per month, in bands: the first students are charged at one rate and each band after that is cheaper, so the price per student falls as your school grows. Paying yearly gives a discount. The pricing page shows the exact sum for your number of students.
Do we need special hardware for bus tracking?
No special equipment is required to start. The bus attendant uses the crew app on a phone to mark children on and off; the bus position can come from a GPS tracker or the crew's device. We'll help you choose during setup.
What do we need to get started?
A list of students, parents and staff (a spreadsheet is fine), your classes, and your bus routes if you run transport. We import the lists with you, set up routes step by step and send everyone their sign-in link.
Who owns our school's data?
Your school does. We process it only to run NESTI for you, and you can export it or ask us to delete it when you leave. Read the privacy policy for the details.
Can we use our own web address?
Yes. Every school gets its own address such as yourschool.nesticampus.com, and on the Group plan you can connect your own domain instead (for example app.yourschool.edu.eg).
Is NESTI available in Arabic?
NESTI is in English today. If Arabic is important for your families, tell us when you request a demo so we can talk through timing honestly.
