Who counts as a student?
Every student enrolled and active in NESTI during the month. Parents, teachers and other staff accounts are included at no extra cost.
What happens if our numbers change during the year?
Your price follows your enrolment. If you grow into a new band, the extra students are charged at that band's lower rate; if numbers fall, you pay less. We review numbers with you each term.
How does the yearly discount work?
Pay for twelve months up front and the discount shown on each plan comes off every month's price. The calculator shows both options side by side.
Are there setup fees?
Setup, data import and training for your team are included. If you need a large historical data migration or custom work, we'll quote it separately and in writing before we start.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up at any time and the new modules switch on straight away; moving down takes effect from your next billing period.
