For schools
How your school goes live.
Moving a school onto a new system should feel calm and well-planned. We do it with you, one step at a time, and nothing reaches parents until you're happy with it.
Go-live steps
- 1Week 1
Discovery call
We learn how your school runs today — classes, buses, health office, fees — and agree what goes live first and who leads it on your side.
- 2Week 1
Your school's space
We create your school on NESTI with your name and web address, and set up your leadership team's accounts with two-step sign-in.
- 3Weeks 1–2
Bring your data across
Students, families, staff and classes come in from spreadsheets. We check the import with you before anything is sent to parents.
- 4Week 2
Routes and stops
With your transport team, we set up each bus, its stops and which children ride it — morning and afternoon — and try a test run.
- 5Weeks 2–3
Train each team
Short, hands-on sessions for office staff, teachers, nurses and bus crews, each focused only on what that role does.
- 6Week 3+
Invite families and go live
Parents get a personal sign-in link. We stay close in the first weeks, watch what's working and adjust settings with you.
Timings are a typical example for a single campus. Larger schools and groups get a plan agreed in writing.
Your own address
Every school has its own home on the web.
Parents and staff sign in at your school's address — not a generic login page — so they always know they're in the right place.
- yourschool.nesticampus.com is ready on day one
- On the Group plan, connect your own domain, such as app.yourschool.edu.eg
- Your school's name on the sign-in page
- Each school's data is kept separate — a school group can run several campuses side by side
Migration & training
We carry the heavy lifting.
Data migration
Send us what you have — spreadsheets or an export from your current system. We map it, import it, and go through a checklist with you so nothing is missed or duplicated.
Training by role
Teachers learn registers, homework and grades. Bus crews learn boarding scans. Nurses learn the health office. Nobody sits through training for things they won't use.
Help for families
We help you plan what to tell parents and when, so the first sign-in is easy — even for families who aren’t comfortable with technology.
Plan your school's go-live with us
Tell us your size and start date, and we'll come back with a clear plan and quote.
